We remove the HV battery and recondition any weak cell modules with new units, we rebuild the EDM (electrical distribution module) with new contactors, and flush the cooling system. BECM software updated to 520 baseline (most stable). Next we remove the electric drive (RDM) unit and replace the electric traction motors with our exclusive hardened spline motors to prevent failure (this spline has a 100% fail rate in the Karma, a known problem we prevent BEFORE you buy a Karma). We perform all reworks to the differential pinion bearing and park pawl to prevent differential failure. New bearings and updated pinion seal. We ensure the car has the latest robust Bosal exhaust or our exclusive center muffler delete kit to prevent exhaust breakage, another common issue. Our exclusive heavy duty new front lower control arm bushings are press fit and installed, rear tie rods rebuilt with new rubber boots and cleaned/greased. All 3 cooling systems flushed, brake fluid flushed with synthetic, generator serviced with OE filter and Mobil 1 full synthetic. New engine air filter, new cabin filter. Cowl drainage modifications to prevent water ingress to the dash area causing CIU and VCM to become water damaged. Orange painted Brembo brakes that pop! 4 new Yokohama tires, all wheels professionally reconditioned (stripped and powder coated the proper 2-tone) fresh 4 wheel custom alignment.
